Rules and Regulations

1. Business must be written and placed between July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024 to be eligible for the contest.
2. Qualifiers who are licensed under contract and in good standing with BridgeForce and who have been invited in accordance with conference requirements are eligible to attend. Attendance is by invitation only and is not a contractual right.
3. Any producer who qualifed and received an invitation to the conference and is unable to attend will not be entitled to any other compensation nor will they be able to substitute another person. If for any reason, a qualifer’s spouse is unable to attend the conference, compensation or substitution will not be granted.
4. BridgeForce will not issue a tax slip. It is the sole responsibility of the producer to report any taxable benefit as required under the Income Tax Act. The taxable benefit attributed by Revenue Canada could be approximately 50% of the cost of the trip attributed to the producer and as much as 100% of the cost of the trip attributed to the spouse.
5. Conference credits can only be assigned to one entity, either to an individual producer or to a pooled producer, but not to both. Pooled production between MGAs is not allowed.
6. A maximum of 3 invites will be extended to Pooled Producers, Corporate Producers and General Agencies.
7. All delegates must be accepted by the BridgeForce Conference Committee.
8. BridgeForce reserves the right to amend the rules governing the qualification requirements at any time.

Qualification Requirements

INDIVIDUAL PRODUCERS

An individual producer is someone who operates under an agreement whereby commissions are allocated to the identifiable single producer and are tracked accordingly. The individual producer will be invited when the following production is achieved.

Qualification Requirements

POOLED PRODUCERS, CORPORATE PRODUCERS & GENERAL AGENCY
When two or more producers combine business, they will be categorized as Pooled Producers (PPs), GAs or Corporate Producers. If one of those entities has an individual producer who qualifies on his/her own production, then we will extend an invitation to that producer and the qualifying amount of production (90,000) will be removed from the combined pooled business. A maximum of 3 invites will be extended to Pooled Producers, Corporate Producers and General Agencies.

CONVENTION CREDITS
Life: $1 NAFYC* dollar = 1 conference credit
